41% of GNU Subscribers Make Decisions for Christ!

The results are in for GNU’s Ministry Survey for 2020! There is so much for which we should be grateful!

There were many short testimonies of how GNU had blessed people’s lives. However, in this brief report, I simply want to highlight some very exciting numbers.

Gospel Impact

• 41% of respondents say that GNU helped them to make their decision to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour.
• 82% of respondents say that GNU has helped them to stay connected with Jesus.
• 68% of respondents say that their way of living and/or their way of thinking have been changed as a result of the ministry of GNU.
• 64% of respondents say that their faith has been strengthened as a result of the ministry of GNU.
• 49% of respondents say that they feel assured of God’s saving grace as a result of the ministry of GNU.
• 46% of respondents say that they have understood the importance of the Gospel as a result of the ministry of GNU.

What People Appreciate Most About GNU

• 42% of respondents say that what they appreciate most about GNU is that we are spreading the Good News about Jesus Christ.
• 78% of respondents say that what they appreciate most about GNU are the daily devotions.

Miscellaneous

• 33% of respondents say that they share what they learn from GNU with others.
• 90% of respondents say that they are very likely or certain to recommend GNU to a friend.
• 2% of subscribers have not yet accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour.
• 20% of subscribers do not regularly attend a Christian church.

Demographics

• 27% of respondents are under 40 years of age
• 13% of respondents are aged 70 years and over
• 49% of respondents are in Africa
• 11% of respondents are in Asia
• 18% of respondents are from English-speaking western countries (Australia, New Zealand, USA, etc).
